- One-bedroom apartment: Accommodates a maximum of one child.
- Two-bedroom apartment: Accommodates a maximum of three children

No-Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking property, contravention attracts the following sanctions:
- In the case of a smoking visitor to our guest, the rack rate (one night) of guest apartment will be applied for cleaning.
- If it’s a guest contravention, guest will be required to check out immediately on detection of the contravention. Guest refund will be less three (3) nights rack rate to effect cleaning.
There is an adjoining smoking area which is off the property if required.

What is your alcohol and smoking policy?
Our property including the apartments is a dry property ie strictly no alcohol. Alcohol is not sold nor permitted on the premises. Smoking is also not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes but subject to terms applicable at booking.
Can I change the dates of my reservation once already booked?

What is the decor like
It’s a mixed grill. Some apartments are modern, while others are partially dated. It depends on the apartment category.

Can I check in earlier than 3pm?
Yes but only by prior arrangement and subject to apartment availability. An earlier check-in may attract applicable charges

Is there car parking?
Yes there is ample parking, but limited to one car per apartment.
Is there a lift/elevator in the apartment building?
The apartment blocks are on 3 floors, with wide comfortable stairs designed for fitness. There are no elevators available. Concierge services are available to help with luggage.
Is there a receptionist in the apartment building?
Each of our properties feature a 24-hour reception & concierge who are happy to help.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
This depends on the length of stay. Short stay housekeeping is daily, while extended stay is subject to personalised arrangement.
How do I pay for my booking?
Bookings can be made and paid for securely via card or bank transfer right here on the website. Payment on arrival is also accepted subject to terms.

Is there internet access?
Yes – we provide a complimentary wireless broadband service to all apartments at every location.
What is a serviced apartment?
Serviced apartments offer lodging facilities with added space, convenience and privacy like home. They have cooking facilities, sometimes a kitchenette but sometimes a fully-equipped sizeable kitchen with modern appliances like dishwasher and washing machine. They provide larger living/sleeping areas than most standard hotel rooms, and often have in-house or close-by access to gyms, restaurants, meeting spaces and other business and leisure services.
What can I expect in my apartment?

What is the maximum number of adults allowed to sleep in an apartment?
Maximum of two people allowed in a one bedroom apartment.
Maximum of four people allowed in a two bedroom apartment.
